Jimmie Flanagan, (88 years) Adams Villa's who died suddenly at his home on Monday 7th Dec. He was interred on Thursday 10th Dec in the Old Mucklagh Cemetery.

Rose Hastings, Westport, sister of Nora McDonald, Screggan who was buried on Tuesday 8th Dec.

Jimmie Dalton, Mullingar, brother of Maureen Kincaid who was buried on Monday 7h Dec. in Dublin. Cassidy, (70) formally of Kilgurtin, Rahan. Died in the U.S.A. May they rest in peace.

Elizabeth Flanagan, formerly of The Island who died in St. Vincent.s Nursing Home, Mountmellick. Remains arrivived in St. Patrick’s Church, The Island (Sunday) 29th Nov at 7pm. Requium Mass was on Monday 30th Nov.

Phyllis Leonard, Mountbolus sister of Joe Deegan, Roscore and Granny of Clodagh Rigney, teacher in St Colman’s School. Requiem Mass on Friday of Nov. 27th 2009. Rest in Peace

Sr. Mary De Lourdes, who died in Belfast, sister of Mrs Nora Kenaney, Lynally Grove and aunt of Michael Kenaney Mucklagh. Pat Molloy, USA, brother of Pe and formally of Roscore. Robert Lawlor, Ferbane (unexpectedly) who moved into Lynally Grove recently. Our deepest sympathy to Vanessa and their two babies. May they rest in peace.

DEATH OF MICHAEL CONROY, DEER PARK, THE ISLAND
Michael (Mikey) died the 11th Oct. 2009 in the Regional Hospital Tullamore. Remains were removed to St Patrick's Church, The Island, on Tuesday evening at 7.00pm. Requeim Mass was offered on Wed. 14th Oct. at 11.00. Burial took place afterwards to Killickfeehan New Cemetery, The Island. May he rest in peace.

DEATH OF TERESA CONDRON, CLARA,
FORMALLY LYNALLY
Died on 7th Oct and was buried after Requiem Mass in St Colman's Mucklagh on 9th Oct 2009 in the old cemetery, Mucklagh. Rest in Peace.

DEATH OF SONNY McGRATH
The death of Sonny McGrath, Adam's Villas occurred on 23rd Sept 2009. Remains arrived at St Colman’s Mucklagh on Sunday evening 27th Sept at 6.30pm and funeral took place on Monday 28th Sept to the Old Cemetery Mucklagh. The death also occurred of Patrick McDermott, Ratoath, Co. Meath, Father of Paddy McDermott, Killina. May they rest in peace.

DEATH OF PADDY DELANEY AND JOHN BUTLER
The death has occurred of Paddy Delaney, Clonaslee (Brother in Law of Theresa Butler, Ballard. Funeral on Sunday 6 Sept after 12.00 ’o clock Mass in Clonaslee. Also Eileen Butler of Clontarf Road, Tullamore, (Mother of John Butler Ballard). Funeral on Monday 7 Sept after 10.00 am Mass in Tullamore. May thy rest in Peace.

DEATH OF BETTY COLTON: CLOONA GH, MUCKLAGH
(nee Wrafter) (Cloonagh, Tullamore, Co. Offaly) Aug. 19, 2009 (peacefully), at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore, Elizabeth (Betty), after a long illness, bravely borne, beloved wife of Tom and loving mother to Brenda and Maurice; deeply regretted by her brothers, sisters, daughter-in-law, grand- children, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing at her daughter Brenda's residence 71 Ballin Rí, Tullamore (Friday) from 2 o'c. until Removal at 5.45 o'c. to St. Colman's Church, Mucklagh. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Saturday) 22nd Aug at 11 o'c. Burial afterwards in the new cemetery.

Death of Philomena Maher Formally from the Derries, The Island, Rahan Parish
Philomena Maher formally of the Derries, The Island, died on Tuesday 4th August 2009 in her niece’s residence (Catriona Kelly) Ballydaly and was interred in Rahan Cemetery after Requiem Mass on Thursday. 6 Aug. Fr Dunican PP Rahan was the chief Concelebrant at Mass. He was joined with Fr Nicholas Clavin, home on holidays from LA. Fr. Mattie Mollin and Fr Shane Crombie, Tullamore. The Parish expresses sympathy to Philomena's two Sister in Law's Joan Maher from the Derries and Sheila Maher from Rahugh and to her many nieces and nephews. Rest in Peace.

Death of Mrs Maura Doyle Condron Loughroe, Rahan.
The death occured on the morning of Aug 1st of Mrs Maura Doyle Condron(Fr Barry Condron mother) in St Vincent's Hospital,Dublin. She has been battling cancer for the last 5 or 6 years. The Parish express deepest and heartfelt sympath to Carthage her husband, to Oliver, Dermot, Fr Barry, Colette and Carthage Jun, and to the extended Condron Family on their sad loss at this time. The Funeral arrangements are as follows: Remains arriving in St Carthage's Church Killina on Sunday evening 2nd Aug at 7.00pm. Funeral after 12.00pm Mass on Monday 3rd Aug to Rahan Cemetery. May she rest in peace.
